Timing: Limit your presentation to 15 minutes, including Q&A.
File Preparation: Please use a virus-scanned USB drive. Arrive 15 minutes before your session begins to meet the session chair and upload your presentation file (PPT or PDF).
Backup: Please keep a backup copy of your presentation for easy access if needed.
Equipment: Each room will be equipped with an LCD projector, screen, microphone, and laptop with standard presentation software. Please ensure compatibility of your files and fonts.
Multimedia: For presentations containing videos or multimedia materials, please ensure all files are properly formatted and accessible.
Size: Maximum 59.4 cm wide × 84.1 cm high (A1).
Design: Posters should be visually appealing and clearly readable from at least one meter away.
Attendance: Authors are required to remain beside their posters during the session to discuss their research with participants.
Poster Content: Each poster should include the following sections:
1. Title of the Presentation and Authors
2. Abstract
3. Introduction
4. Methods & Results
5. Conclusions
